Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost & Policy

1. General Return Requirements Due to the consumable nature of our products (probiotics and supplements), we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, original-sealed, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened or has a broken seal is not eligible for a return or refund.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Seller's Responsibility): If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, Nulsee will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@nulseeglow.com with photos of the issue, and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse (Customer's Responsibility): If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or accidental order, the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. The item must remain unopened and sealed to be eligible. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Non-Returnable Items As noted in our policy, certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been opened or have a broken safety seal.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
